ABOUT THE CREATOR
I’m a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years’ experience in health and social care. I’ve launched multiple start‑ups from scratch—without outside funding—by building systems that rely on hard work rather than deep pockets. Along the way I’ve helped more than 100 people establish their own care agencies or recruitment companies, developing franchise systems that now operate from Scotland to the south coast.
My background spans sales, marketing and business management, as well as frontline care. I’ve been a registered manager and nominated individual, trained new leaders, and specialised in business launches, turnaround strategies and care‑sector legislation. Collectively, the companies I’ve built have turned over more than £50 million.
I hold a Level 5 management qualification, a registered manager’s award, diplomas in dementia and in fasting and advanced nutrition, and I’m an accredited nutritional practitioner with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Sharing these credentials and experiences isn’t about bragging—it’s because research shows that instructor credibility is one of the top factors students look for in an online course.
